Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Diem Select is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Diem Select is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim when applicable.

Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging
• Photos of the damaged product

We will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly work to correct the issue.
